On Friday July 29, at approximately 10:21 pm, Deputy Phillip Morris made a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Seymour Hwy. The 47-year-old male driver and a 46-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The driver was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over four grams under two hundred grams. The passenger was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams and an outstanding warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under four grams.

On Friday July 29, at approximately 10:34 pm, Deputy Johnny Routon made a traffic stop at the intersection of 10th and Ohio. A 20-year-old male passenger was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 under one gram.

On Friday July 29, at approximately 1:29 am, Deputy Johnny Routon made a traffic stop at the intersection of Scott and 13th. The 32-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Saturday July 30, at approximately 6:00 pm, Deputy Aaron Perkins and Deputy Jacob Harris responded to 1600 11th in reference to a death investigation. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a 31-year-old female had been brought to the Emergency Room by American Medical Response Ambulance after being run over by a fork lift in an industrial accident that had occurred in the 7400 block of Central Frwy. The female was died a short time after arrival. An autopsy was ordered and the incident is under investigation.

On Saturday July 30, at approximately 3:07 pm, Sergeant Cole McGarry responded to the area of F.M. 369 and Reilly Road in reference to a Theft. Prior to arrival, a Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper had stopped the suspect vehicle. The Reporting Person reported that two subjects had entered his property in the 9900 block of Payton Road and stole tires and wheels from a vehicle. The suspects then fled the scene and were stopped by the Trooper. The 34-year-old male and a 28-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest for Theft by the Trooper.

On Saturday July 30, at approximately 10:04 am, Lieutenant Greg Wilson responded to U.S. 287 west of Peterson Road to assist Deputy Justin Mitchell with a traffic stop. While on the stop, it was revealed that a 40-year-old male with outstanding warrants had been a passenger in the vehicle. While checking the nearby rest stop on U.S. 287, the male was located. He began running on foot. He was placed under arrest and was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. He was charged with Evading Arrest or Detention, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams and an outstanding warrant for Trafficking Methamphetamine.

On Saturday July 30, at approximately 2:55 am, Deputy Johnny Routon made a traffic stop on North Brook near Lincoln. A 43-year-old female passenger was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over four grams under two hundred grams.

On Saturday July 30, at approximately 1:54 am, Deputy Johnny Routon made a traffic stop at the intersection of Fort Worth and McKinney Road. The 24-year-old female driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Sunday July 31, at approximately 1:59 am, Deputy Matthew Ferguson made a traffic stop in the 300 block of North Scott. The 51-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
