The Wichita County Sheriff’s Posse will be holding a fundraiser cookout Wednesday May 25th to help a fellow officer. The fundraiser will help Lieutenant Daryl Bonnin, an 18 year veteran of the Sheriff’s Office, with ongoing medical expenses. The posse will be serving hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, and drinks. Come help an officer that has spent so much time helping this county. The cookout will be on the front lawn of the courthouse, if weather does not permit the cookout will be moved to the county parking garage located at 7th and Indiana.
