On Friday March 27, at approximately 12:59 pm, Deputy Patrick Bradford responded to 4200 block of Burks Lane in reference to Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject used his relatives Identifying Information to open an account and $847.00 is now owed on the account.
On Friday March 27, at approximately 11:45 pm, Deputy John Warner took a report of a Burglary of a Vehicle. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) stole a wallet containing $200.00 in currency and a bottle of prescription medications from a vehicle that was parked in the 1600 block of F.M 369.
On Saturday March 28, at approximately 2:06 am, Deputy Greg Wilson made a traffic stop in the 3600 block of Callfield Road. The 24-year-old male driver and a 22-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The driver was charged with Driving While Intoxicated. The passenger was charged with Fail to Identify/Fugitive from Justice and an outstanding warrant for Capias Pro Fine-Racing on Highway.
On Saturday March 28, at approximately 12:42 am, Sergeant Carl Magee made a traffic stop in the 1400 block of 13th Street. The 47-year-old female passenger was charged with Violation of Protective Order.
On Saturday March 28, at approximately 12:33 pm, Deputy Patrick Bradford responded to Business 287 H and Midway Church Road in reference to Harassment. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject is harassing his employees.
On Saturday March 28, at approximately 3:43 am, Deputy Brandon Mason made a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Kell West. The 26-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 under 28 grams.
On Saturday March 28, at approximately 8:40 pm, Deputy John Warner checked on an individual that was standing behind a closed business in the 3400 block of Kemp Blvd. The 30-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than one gram in a Drug Free Zone.
On Saturday March 28, at approximately 9:59 pm, Deputy Justin Mitchell made a traffic stop on U.S. 82 and Crown Lane. The 18-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Reckless Driving and an outstanding warrant for Speeding in a School Zone. The driver was also issued citation for No Driver’s License in Possession and Passing Authorized Emergency Vehicle.
On Sunday March 29, at approximately 4:02 pm, Deputy Jeff Penney and Deputy Cole McGarry responded to the 8600 block of S.H. 258 West in reference to a fire. Upon arrival, a vehicle and a residence was found to be on fire. The fire was started from sparks caused by a saw cutting metal pipe.
On Sunday March 29, at approximately 3:09 am, Deputy Christopher Ramos made a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Central Frwy. The 36-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram, Possession of marijuana under two ounces and an outstanding warrant for Theft over $500.00 under $1,500.00.
On Monday March 30, at approximately 2:05 am, Deputy David Stout made a traffic stop in the 4600 block of Sisk Road. The 23-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2A.
On Monday March 30, at approximately 3:13 am, Deputy Gabriel Villarreal made a traffic stop in the 4600 block of Bel-Air. Deputy Villarreal deployed his K-9 partner Cane to conduct an open air sniff. Deputy Cane displayed a positive alert on the vehicle for narcotics. The 49-year female driver and a 32-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The driver was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram. The passenger was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 under one gram.
