On Friday December 2, at approximately 4:19 pm, A Wichita County Highway Interdiction Deputy made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and F.M. 2384. The 25-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana over Fifty Pounds under Two Thousand Pounds. One Hundred and Four pounds of Marijuana was seized.
