On Monday February 9, at approximately 10:25 am, Deputy Kristian Valdez and Deputy Greg Anderson responded to the Iowa Park Police Department in reference to an Assault. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she was assaulted by a family member while in the 1600 block of F.M. 367 east.
On Monday February 9, at approximately 4:24 pm, Deputy Roy Biter and Deputy Cole McGarry responded to the 8300 block of Ponderosa in reference to Telephone Harassment. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject threatened him during a telephone conversation.
On Monday February 9, at approximately 11:30 am, Deputy Chris Ramos took a report of Credit/Debit Card abuse. The Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) made two unauthorized purchases on her credit card in the amount of $328.70.
On Monday February 9, at approximately 5:45 pm, Deputy Jeff Penney made a traffic stop in the 3400 block of F.M. 369. The 32-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with three outstanding warrants for Criminal Mischief, Motor Vehicle Inspection Violation and Violate Promise to Appear.
