RE: Daily Crime Brief, October 9, 2013

On Tuesday October 8, at approximately 4:30 pm, Sergeant Sergio Teruel responded to the 900 block of 7th Street in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported a theft.

On Tuesday October 8, at approximately 6:04 pm, Sergeant Sergio Teruel and Deputy John Warner responded to the 1100 block of Springlake in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that there had been a disturbance at the residence prior to Deputies arrival.

On Tuesday October 8, at approximately 10:15 am, Deputy Ralph Burdick and Deputy Dustin Lowery responded to the 900 block of 11th Street in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that he had cashed several checks for a subject totaling $12,000.00 and that the checks were later revealed to be fraudulent.
