On Thursday September 3, at approximately 12:54 am, Deputy David Stout made a traffic stop at the intersection of Kemp and Ave N.  The 21-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with two outstanding warrants for Expired Insurance and Fail to Signal Lane Change or Turn.

On Thursday September 3, at approximately 9:35 am, Lieutenant Patrick McFerrin responded to the 1600 block of Clover Lane in reference to a Theft.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject enter the property and stole a black 2014 Dodge Avenger valued at $19,000.00.

On Thursday September 3, at approximately 9:28 am, Deputy Patrick Bradford responded to the 11600 block of F.M. 368 north in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered a residence on the property and stole a Mossberg 410 shotgun valued at $200.00.  The person(s) then entered a storage shed and stole a Century electronic safe valued at $125.00, a Bear compound bow valued at $25.00, and a Hunter’s model compound bow valued at $75.00.   The person(s) then entered a vehicle and stole an 8mm rifle valued at $100.00, a Marlin 22 caliber rifle valued at $25.00 and a black cross bow valued at $140.00.

On Thursday September 3, at approximately 4:44 pm, Deputy Cole McGarry responded to the 2300 block of F.M. 369 south in reference to an Animal Complaint.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a donkey appeared on his property.  The donkey was impounded.

On Friday September 4, at approximately 2:47 am, Deputy Brandon Mason made a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Midwestern Pkwy.  The 28-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.
