On Monday September 26, at approximately 11:50 am, Deputy Amanda Ward made a traffic stop at the intersection of Kell West and Baylor. The 30-year-old male driver and a 21-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The driver was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 under 28 grams and Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence. The passenger was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1.

On Monday September 26, at approximately 9:51 am, Deputy Donald Osborn responded to the 4700 block of Sisk Road in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an employee stole a drill valued at $295.38 from the business.

On Tuesday September 27, at approximately 3:18 pm, Deputy Amanda Ward made a traffic stop at the intersection of Garfield and 9th. The 44-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram and an outstanding warrant.

On Tuesday September 27, at approximately 10:59 am, Deputy Matthew Schenck and Deputy Alec Domany attempted to make a traffic stop at the intersection of 6th and Scott. The vehicle continued travelling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle entered Clay County on U.S. 287 at which time a Pit Maneuver was made on the vehicle. The 26-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Evading Arrest/Detention with vehicle.
