On Monday October 16, at approximately 11:44 pm, Deputy Robert La Mel made a traffic stop at the intersection of California and Galveston. The 41-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more.
On Monday October 16, at approximately 8:52 pm, Deputy Jacob Williams made a traffic stop on West 3rd and the Oklahoma Cutoff. The 46-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Monday October 16, at approximately 10:15 am, Deputy Amanda Ward made a traffic stop in the 600 block of Bluff. The 21-year-old male driver, a 20-year-old male passenger, a 22-year-old male passenger and a 24-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The driver was charged with an outstanding warrant out of Denton County. The others were placed on immigration detainers for border patrol.
On Tuesday October 17, at approximately 10:59 pm, Deputy Alec Domany made a traffic stop at the intersection of Iowa Park Road and Vermont. A 41-year-old female passenger was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram.
On Tuesday October 17, at approximately 2:16 am, Deputy Breanton Chitwood made a traffic stop at the intersection of Grace and Speedway. The 24-year-old driver and a 47-year-old male was placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The driver was charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon and Possession of a Controlled Substance. The passenger was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams.
On Tuesday October 17, at approximately 1:02 am, Deputy Jacob Williams made a traffic stop at the intersection of I-44 and Glendale. The 32-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over one gram under four grams, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over four grams under two hundred grams, Possession of a Dangerous Drug, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over one gram under four grams and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 under 28 grams.
On Wednesday October 18, at approximately 12:47 am, Deputy Jessica Serna made a traffic stop at the intersection of Rosewood and Waco. The 26-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram.
