On Saturday November 11, at approximately 8:42 pm, Corporal Daniel Jacobson made a traffic stop in the 4300 block of Wendover. The vehicle was impounded after the 45-year-old male driver was found to be driving with a suspended driver’s license, no proof of financial responsibility and expired vehicle registration.

On Saturday November 11, at approximately 8:03 pm, Deputy Josh McGuinn was waved down in a business parking lot in the 1300 block of Holliday. The Reporting Person reported that she needed a subject barred from the business. A 29-year-old male was barred from the property.

On Saturday November 11, at approximately 3:55 pm, Deputy Amanda Ward made a traffic stop in the 300 block of East Scott. The 54-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram and three outstanding warrants.

On Saturday November 11, at approximately 2:32 am, Deputy Jorge Ramirez made a traffic stop at the intersection of Jacksboro and Chester. The 27-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On Saturday November 11, at approximately 12:32 am, Deputy Johnny Routon made a traffic stop near the intersection of Iowa Park Road and Central Frwy. The 64-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On Sunday November 12, at approximately 11:38 pm, Deputy Robert La Mel made a traffic stop at the intersection of Kell and Brook. The 30-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 under twenty-eight grams.

On Sunday November 12, at approximately 11:55 am, Deputy Amanda Ward responded to the 4400 block of Old Friberg Road in reference to an Assault. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that he had been assaulted by a subject. A 75-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury.

On Monday November 13, at approximately 2:01 am, Deputy Alec Domany made a traffic stop at the intersection of Maurine and Amber. The 35-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams.

On Monday November 13, at approximately 2:55 am, Sergeant Kristian Valdez was responding to assist a fellow Deputy with a pursuit. Sergeant Valdez was travelling north on Scott avenue when he crashed into a temporary fence and struck a parked car which caused a chain reaction involving three other parked cars. The accident is under investigation by the Wichita County Sheriff’s Office.
