On Thursday April 30, at approximately 8:01 pm, Deputy Justin Mitchell responded to the intersection of S.H. 240 and Slama Road in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) damaged a salt water line by shooting a hole in it. The 38-year-old male suspect was located in the 1400 block of Hiawatha in Burkburnett Texas. He was placed under arrest and was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. He was charged with Criminal Mischief over $50.00 under $500.00.
On Thursday April 30, at approximately 2:45 pm, Sergeant Jerry Cox and Deputy Patrick Bradford made a traffic stop in the 2500 block of Seymour Hwy. The 28-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with three outstanding warrants for Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility, Forgery and Theft over $50.00.
