On Saturday June 4, at approximately 2:30 am, Corporal Roy Biter checked on a subject walking near the roadway in the 1300 block of Scott. The 44-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Public Intoxication.
On Sunday June 5, at approximately 9:16 pm, Deputy Matthew Ferguson made a traffic stop at the intersection of Van Buren and Kell West. A 31-year-old male passenger was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with an outstanding warrant for Abandoning or Endangering a Child.
On Sunday June 5, at approximately 7:41 pm, Deputy Robert La Mel responded to the 1100 block of Pecanway in reference to a Threat. Upon arrival, it was revealed that the dispute was over child custody. The parties were referred back to the civil court to resolve the issue.
On Sunday June 5, at approximately 1:16 am, Deputy Robert La Mel made a traffic stop at the intersection of Brook and 10th. The 40-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Sunday June 5, at approximately 12:08 am, Deputy Robert La Mel made a traffic stop at the intersection of 6th and Scott. The 18-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
