On Wednesday December 28, at approximately 11:32 pm, Corporal Ralph Burdick attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of Sheppard Access Road and Iowa Park Road.  The vehicle travelled through several roadways and then entered Oklahoma on I-44.  Oklahoma Highway Patrol deployed spike strips near mile marker 15.  The vehicle stopped and the driver then fled on foot for approximately 100 feet.  The 54-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Cotton County Jail and was charged with running a road block.  He will be transported to the Wichita County Detention Center at a later time and will be charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than one gram and Evading Arrest, Detention with a Vehicle.

On Thursday December 29, at approximately 1:11 pm, Corporal Josh Brown made a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Kell West.  The 51-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Open Container of Alcohol.

On Thursday December 29, at approximately 4:32 pm, Deputy Daniel Jacobson responded to the intersection of Van Horn and Harmony Road in reference to an Assault.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she had been assaulted by a family member.

On Thursday December 29, at approximately 9:57 pm, Deputy Cole McGarry made a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Tyler.  The 26-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than one gram and two outstanding warrants for Capias Pro Fine-Expired Inspection Sticker and Capias Pro Fine-No Drivers License in Possession.

On Thursday December 29, at approximately 11:30 pm, Lieutenant Carl Magee and Deputy Victoria Kamp made a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Central Frwy.  The 21-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with an outstanding warrant for Capias Pro Fine-Expired Motor Vehicle Registration.

On Friday December 30, at approximately 11:06 am, Deputy Christopher Salas made a traffic stop in the 1700 block of River Road.  The 26-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Saturday December 31, at approximately 9:40 pm, Deputy Victoria Kamp made a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Midwestern Parkway.  The 32-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While License Invalid with Previous Convictions.

On Sunday January 1, at approximately 4:58 pm, Deputy Greg Wilson, Deputy Daniel Jacobson, Deputy Brian Koschak and Deputy Victoria Kamp responded to the 4300 block of Clyde Morgan Road in reference to a Disturbance.  Upon arrival, a 49-year-old male was barred from the property.

On Sunday January 1, at approximately 10:47 pm, Deputy Paul Casillas responded to the 5800 block of Johnson Road in reference to a Juvenile Run Away that might be located at the residence.  Upon arrival, the juvenile was located and upon the mother’s arrival, the juvenile was released to her custody.

On Sunday January 1, at approximately 10:01 pm, Deputy Matthew Schenck made a traffic stop in the 2600 block of Seymour Hwy.  The 60-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more offense.
