On Monday August 29, at approximately 11:50 pm, Deputy Aaron Perkins and Deputy Jacob Harris made a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Holliday. The 20-year-old female driver and a 34-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The driver was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over four grams under two hundred grams, Possession of a Dangerous Drug, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 under twenty eight grams, a Parole Violation Warrant and three outstanding traffic warrants. The passenger was charged with Public Intoxication.

On Monday August 29, at approximately 10:30 pm, Deputy Hunter McCain responded to the 1400 block of Pecanway in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject stole a handgun from his residence.

On Monday August 29, at approximately 2:17 pm, Deputy Robert La Mel made a traffic stop at the intersection of 9th and Tilden. The 39-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Violation of a Protective Order.

On Monday August 29, at approximately 2:49 am, Deputy Aaron Perkins and Deputy Jacob Harris made a traffic stop on Wichita Street near Corwin. The 25-year-old female driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Tuesday August 30, at approximately 3:30 pm, Deputy Matthew Schenck made a traffic stop in the 300 block of Bluebonnet. The 31-year-old male driver was issued citations for Expired Vehicle Registration, No Drivers License and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The vehicle was impounded.

On Tuesday August 30, at approximately 6:05 am, Deputy Robert La Mel responded to the area of Bacon Switch and Rifle Range Road in reference to a possible arson. Upon arrival, a vehicle was found in a bar ditch with severe fire damage to the front end, passenger cabin and partially on the bed. The vehicle had been reported stolen out of Wichita Falls.
