On Friday August 19, at approximately 11:02 pm, Deputy Phillip Morris attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of 9th and Polk. The vehicle was finally stopped at the intersection of Seymour Hwy. and Fillmore. The 52-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram in a drug free zone and Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle.

On Friday August 19, at approximately 1:40 pm, Deputy Justin Mitchell responded to the 3100 block of Hammond Road in reference to a Burglary of a Vehicle. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) broke out a passenger window on his vehicle and stole U.S. Currency.

On Friday August 19, at approximately 2:41 am, Deputy Jorge Ramirez made a traffic stop in the 4700 block of Spiser. The 46-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense.

On Friday August 19, at approximately 12:29 am, Johnny Routon made a traffic stop at the intersection of Sheppard Access and North Scott. The 27-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense.

On Saturday August 20, at approximately 1:23 pm, Deputy Robert La Mel responded to the 500 block of Rifle Range Road in reference to an Airplane that had crashed. Upon arrival, the plane was found near the runway and the pilot was deceased. The crash is under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Federal Aviation Administration.

On Saturday August 20, at approximately 10:04 am, Deputy Matthew Schenck made a traffic stop at the intersection of Fairway and Kell West. The 60-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 under 28 grams.
On Saturday August 20, at approximately 1:26 am, Deputy Johnny Routon made a traffic stop at the intersection of Scott and 12th. The 25-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On Sunday August 21, at approximately 12:45 pm, Deputy Robert La Mel made a traffic stop in the 2600 block of 10th. The 36-year-old male driver was issued citations for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.
