On Sunday August 18, at approximately 1:17 pm, Deputy Matthew Schenck and Deputy Sean Bigham responded to the 5300 block of River Road in reference to a Burglary of a Building. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) pried open a door to his shop and stole several items.
On Sunday August 18, at approximately 9:20 pm, Deputy J.J. Hernandez made a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Maurine. The 22-yar-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Sunday August 18, at approximately 11:42 am, Deputy Amanda Ward made a traffic stop at the intersection of 9th and Van Buren. The 36-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Monday August 19, at approximately 8:49 am, Deputy Josh McGuinn responded to a unoccupied vehicle that had been abandoned next to the roadway in the 7800 block of Seymour Hwy. Upon arrival, the vehicle was impounded.
On Monday August 19. At approximately 12:41 am, Deputy Amanda Ward made a traffic stop in the 800 block of Brook. The 47-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over four grams under two hundred grams, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Theft of a Firearm.
