On Monday April 3, at approximately 11:41 am, Wichita County Deputies responded to the 7500 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a subject attempting to cash a stolen check.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a male entered the business and attempted to cash a stolen check in the amount of $500.00.

On Monday April 3, at approximately 8:05 pm, Deputy Jason Vandygriff was waved down by a subject on Lincoln Street below the railroad bridge.  The subject reported that a male threw an object off the bridge damaging her windshield.  The 63-year-old male suspect was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Criminal Mischief over $100.00 under $750.00.

On Tuesday April 4, at approximately 6:27 am, Deputy Kristian Valdez responded to F.M. 171 near F.M. 890 in reference to an occupied vehicle check.  Upon arrival, the vehicle’s interior appeared to have been burned.  The vehicle was found to have been reported stolen and was recovered.
