On Thursday April 9, at approximately 9:33 pm, Sergeant Sergio Teruel and Deputy Ralph Burdick made a traffic stop at the intersection of East Hatton Road and Bonny Drive.  The 30-year-old male driver was issued citations for Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility and Open Container.  The vehicle was impounded.

On Thursday April 9, at approximately 9:39 am, Corporal Mark Whipple and Deputy Patrick Bradford responded to the 2400 block of Business 287 J in reference to a juvenile walking down the roadway.  Upon arrival, the juvenile’s legal guardian was notified, and upon her arrival, the juvenile was released to her custody.

On Thursday April 9, at approximately 12:53 pm, Sergeant Jerry Cox and Corporal Mark Whipple responded to the 7500 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a Forgery.  Upon arrival, a 41-year-old female was attempting to cash a fictitious money order.  The female was questioned by the Criminal Investigation Division and is under investigation.

On Friday April 10, at approximately 2:22 am, Sergeant Carl Magee made a traffic stop in the 2800 block of Elmwood.  The 22-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
