On Thursday August 20, at approximately 8:10 pm, Deputy Justin Mitchell made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and Midway Church Road.  The 20-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana over two ounces under four ounces and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over four grams under 400 grams.  3.7 ounces of marijuana and 23.99 grams of hash were seized.

On Friday August 21, at approximately 1:25 pm, Deputy Patrick Bradford made a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Iowa Park Road.  The 19-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with an outstanding warrant for Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Friday August 21, at approximately 5:06 pm, Deputy Gerald Morgan responded to the 4300 block of River Road in reference to Harassment.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject has been harassing him for several days.

On Friday August 21, at approximately 5:42 pm, Deputy Jeff Penney and Deputy Jeff Lee responded to the 9100 block of F.M. 369 North in reference to a Burglary of a Building.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered his property and then broke into several buildings and a camper trailer.  A 29-year-old male was arrested earlier on this date and was charged with Burglary of a Habitation for this offense.

On Friday August 21, at approximately 4:19 pm, Deputy Kristian Valdez responded to the 9100 block of F.M. 369 North in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation in Progress.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that male had entered the residence and was possible still on the scene.  Deputies began searching the residence and located a 29-year-old male.  He was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  He was charged with Burglary of a Habitation for this burglary and was also charged with Burglary of a Habitation for a burglary that was reported shortly after this report was taken.

On Friday August 21, at approximately 10:57 am, Sergeant Sergio Teruel, Deputy Patrick Bradford and Deputy Victoria Hatcher responded to the 1200 block of Vaughn Road in reference to a Disturbance.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that there was a verbal argument prior to Deputies arrival, and the suspect had left.

On Friday August 21, at approximately 3:55 am, Deputy Christopher Ramos responded to Haws Road and Bridwell Road in reference to a vehicle accident.  Upon arrival, the scene was turned over to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

On Friday August 21, at approximately 3:14 pm, Deputy Jeff Penney and Deputy Jeff Lee responded to the 2600 block of River Road in reference to a Disturbance.  Upon arrival, a 27-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with an outstanding warrant for No Drivers License in Possession.  He was also barred from the property.

On Saturday August 22, at approximately 3:47 am, Corporal Ralph Burdick and Deputy Christopher Salas made a traffic stop in the 300 block of North Scott.  The 39-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated with Open Container.

On Saturday August 22, at approximately Sergeant Carl Magee, Corporal Lee Crossman, Deputy Jeff Penney and Deputy Jeff Lee responded to the 4800 block of Trinidad in reference to a Disturbance.  Upon arrival, a 31-year-old male was barred from the property.

On Sunday August 23, at approximately 6:13 pm, Deputy Greg Wilson made a traffic stop in the 7000 block of Seymour Hwy.  The 36-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with two outstanding warrants for Display Expired License Plates and Violate Promise to Appear.

On Sunday August 23, at approximately 5:30 pm, Deputy Cole McGarry responded to the 2000 block of Loop 11 in reference to a Burglary of a Vehicle in Progress.  Upon arrival, a 27-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Burglary of a Vehicle Criminal Attempt.

On Sunday August 23, at approximately 5:27 pm, Deputy Roy Biter responded to the 4900 block of Peterson Road in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and broke into a storage building and a residence.  A Central Pneumatic Air Compressor valued at $100.00 was stolen.

On Sunday August 23, at approximately 2:12 am, Deputy Brandon Mason made a traffic stop at the intersection of Central Frwy. and Iowa Park Road.  The 43-year-old female driver was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense, Driving While License Invalid-Enhanced and an outstanding warrant for Disregard Double White Lines.

On Sunday August 23, at approximately 9:59 pm, Deputy Chris Barnett made a traffic stop at the intersection of Fairway and Southwest Pkwy.  The 28-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with two outstanding warrants for Fail to Stop Engine and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 under 28 grams.

On Sunday August 23, at approximately 8:10 pm, Deputy Roy Biter responded to the 4900 block of Hwy. 240 west in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and stole a cedar chest valued at $300.00, a vanity with mirror valued at $400.00 and a headboard valued at $300.00.
