On Friday June 26, at approximately 8:36 pm, Deputy Brett Brasher responded to the 3700 block of River Road in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that there had been a verbal disturbance prior to Deputies arrival.
On Sunday June 28, at approximately 12:54 am, Deputy Lance Brumley made a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Broad. The 22-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram.
On Sunday June 28, at approximately 12:21 am, Deputy Christopher Ramos made a traffic stop in the 1400 block of 6th Street. A 34-year-old female passenger was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3, Possession of a Dangerous Drug and an outstanding warrant for Theft under $50.00.
On Sunday June 28, at approximately 8:50 am, Deputy Kristian Valdez was stopped by an individual at the intersection of F.M. 367 and Wellington Lane. The subject reported that he found property while riding his bicycle at the intersection of Langford and Barnett Road.
On Monday June 29, at approximately 3:00 am, Deputy Lance Brumley made a traffic stop at the intersection of Windthorst Road and Bandera. The 71-year-old male driver and a 32-year-old female passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The driver was charged with an outstanding warrant for Criminal Trespass. The passenger was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
