RE:  Daily Crime Brief, September 24, 2020

On Monday September 21, at approximately 8:50 pm, Deputy Sean Bigham attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of Iowa Park Road and Peterson Road.  The vehicle travelled east on Iowa Park Road and was finally stop at the intersection of Iowa Park Road and Harris Lane.  The 24-year-old female driver was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Fleeing or Eluding.

On Wednesday September 23, at approximately 9:34 am, Deputy Christopher Bashford responded to the intersection of Mueller Road and Vaughn Road in reference to an Animal Complaint.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she was bitten by a dog while riding her bicycle in the 1200 block of Vaughn.  The dog was shot by a Burkburnett Police Officer who had responded to the call as well.  The dog charged at him also.

On Wednesday September 23, at approximately 10:13 pm, Corporal Jason Vandygriff and Deputy Matthew Ferguson made a traffic stop in the 600 block of Travis.  The 22-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
