On October 9th, 2019 at approximately 12:25 p.m., Deputy James Griffith conducted a traffic stop in the area of Jacksboro Highway and 32nd Street. The 42 year old male driver was placed under arrest and is being charged with outstanding Wichita Falls Municipal Court warrants for No Driver’s License and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  The 22 year old male passenger was placed under arrest and is charged with an outstanding Wichita Falls Municipal Court warrant for Outdoor Storage Violation.  Both subjects were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.

On October 9th, 2019 at approximately 1:00 p.m., Deputy Raven Newport was dispatched to the 5400 block of Friberg Church Road in reference to a theft.  Upon arrival, the reporting party stated components for a heating unit, a 50 gallon water heater, microwave, and cabinets had been removed from the property.  A report was taken and evidence was collected.  The investigation is ongoing.

On October 10th, 2019 at approximately 8:56 p.m., Sergeant Cole McGarry conducted a traffic stop in the 5100 block of Greenbriar Road.  The 22 year old male driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  He is being charged with Possession of Marijuana Less than 2 ounces, a Class B Misdemeanor.
