On November 07, 2014, at approximately 3:39pm, Deputy Chris Barnett and Deputy Cole McGarry were dispatched to the 1200 block of FM 1177 in reference to a theft. Miscellaneous items were found to be missing from the property by the owner.
On November 07, 2014, at approximately 1140pm, Deputy Jeff Penney conducted a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Old Iowa Park Road for illegal right turn. The sole occupant, an 18 year old male, was placed under arrest for Illegal Right Turn and Imposition of Special Restrictions and Endorsements.
On November 08, 2014, at approximately 6:56pm, Deputy Greg Wilson conducted a traffic stop for speeding in the 4200 block of Northwest Freeway. The sole occupant, a 24 year old female, was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces and Possession of Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 2 more than 4 grams less than 400 grams. The vehicle was impounded pending seizure proceedings.
On November 08, 2014 at approximately 1:54am, Deputy Gabriel Villarreal conducted a traffic stop for speeding in the 1300 block of Central Access Road. The sole occupant, a 43 year old female, was arrested for Fail to ID and No Driver’s License in Possession.
On November 08, 2014 at approximately 2:18am, Deputy Ralph Burdick conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Central Freeway for failing to stop at stop sign. The driver, a 57 year old female, was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated, and the two passengers were released.
On November 08, 2014, at approximately 10:10pm, Deputy Chris Barnett conducted a traffic stop in the 1200 Block of Bandera for failing to stop at a stop sign. The passenger, a 28 year old female, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1 under 1 gram. The driver was issued a warning for the traffic violation and released.
On November 08, 2014, at approximately 11:20pm, Deputy Jeff Penney conducted a traffic stop on US 287 at the Loop 11 exit. The driver, a 28 year old female, was arrested for an outstanding Wichita County warrant for Driving While License Invalid. The passenger was released.
On November 09, 2014, at approximately 12:09am, Deputy Gabriel Villarreal conducted a traffic stop in the 2200 block of Sheppard Access Road for inoperable headlamps and tail lamps. The sole occupant, a 61 year old male, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More, Duty to Display Lights, and Fail to Yield Right of Way.
