On Friday December 14, at approximately 6:11 pm, Deputy Christopher Bashford responded to the 1300 block of F.M. 368 South in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she wanted to file on a subject for Criminal Trespass.
On Saturday December 15, at approximately 2:18 pm, Deputy Matthew Schenck made a traffic stop in the 1300 block of Harrison. The 27-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram, Possession of Marijuana under two ounces, and three outstanding warrants for Expired Motor Vehicle Registration, Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility and No Drivers License in Possession.
On Saturday December 15, at approximately 12:37 am, Corporal Kristian Valdez and Deputy James Griffith responded to the area of U.S. 82 to look for a missing person. The 87-year-old male was located on S.H. 82 and F.M. 368. His family was contacted and upon their arrival, he was released to them.
On Saturday December 15, at approximately 4:14 pm, Deputy Hunter Deason responded to the 13000 block of S.H. 25 in reference to a Burglary of a Building. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) broke into two storage building and stole several tools.
On Saturday December 15, at approximately 11:35 pm, Sergeant Cole McGarry made a traffic stop at the intersection of Fillmore and Seymour Hwy. The 56-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with two outstanding warrants for Capias Pro Fine-Expired Motor Vehicle Registration and Capias Pro Fine-Driving While License Invalid.
On Sunday December 16, at approximately 12:39 am, Deputy Roy Biter made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and Peterson Road. The 27-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Dangerous Drug and Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.
