On Friday November 16, at approximately 7:42 am, Deputy Brett Brasher and Deputy Matthew Schenck responded to the 1200 block of Broad to serve and arrest warrant. Upon arrival, a 33-year-old female and a 38-year-old male were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The female was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams and an outstanding warrant for Bond Forfeiture-Fail to Identify, Fugitive intent give false information. The male was charged with six outstanding warrants for No Drivers License in Possession, Surety Off Bond-Wrong, Fictitious, Altered or Obscured Insignia, Surety Off Bond-Fail to Identify, Bond Revocation-Possession of a Controlled Substance-PG 2 over one gram under four grams, Bond Revocation-Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over four grams under 200 grams and Bond Revocation-Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams.
On Monday November 19, at approximately 11:00 am, Deputy J.T. Mitchell and Deputy James Griffith receive information that a white Chrysler Town and County Van that was occupied by two subjects were wanted for a bank robbery in Pueblo Colorado and may be travelling on U.S. 287. At approximately 11:21 am, they observed the vehicle travelling East on U.S. 287 near Burnett Ranch Road. They attempted to stop the vehicle in a parking lot located at the intersection of U.S. 287 and F.M. 368. The vehicle fled the scene and was pursued through several residential streets in Iowa Park, and then into several rural areas of Wichita County. The vehicle was finally stopped in the 1600 block of Missile Road. The 36-year-old male driver and a 40-year-old female passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The driver was charged with Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle and three outstanding warrants for Robbery, Burglary and Larceny. The female was charged with an outstanding warrant for Robbery.
