On October 09, 2018, at approximately 8:51 p.m., Deputy Ivan Galarza and Lieutenant Greg Wilson responded to the 3100 block of Seymour Highway in reference to a possible wanted subject.  Upon arrival, deputies made contact with a 31 year old female.  After a records check, the subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and is being charged with an outstanding Wichita County warrant for Driving While Intoxicated.

On October 09, 2018, at approximately 5:07 p.m., Deputy Jason Vandygriff responded to the 1500 block of Clover Lane in reference to an animal complaint.  Upon arrival, the reporting stated four dogs had gotten into a fight on her property, but none of the dogs belonged to her.  Animal control was contacted and a report was taken.

On October 09, 2018, at approximately 7:55 p.m., Deputy Jason Vandygriff responded to the 2000 block of Huntington Lane in reference to an unresponsive person.  Upon arrival, Deputies found an 85 year old male subject deceased.  Investigators were called to the scene and the death was ruled to be of natural causes.
