On Thursday June 28, at approximately 10:52 pm, Deputy Caleb Myers made a traffic stop in the 3500 block of Iowa Park Road. The 27-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
On Thursday June 28, at approximately 11:36 pm, Deputy Josh McGuinn responded to the intersection of Business 287 and Gun Range Road in reference to an Animal Complaint. Upon arrival, a cow was found in the roadway. The animal was impounded.
