On Monday June 25, at approximately 2:49 am, Deputy Brett Brasher observed a vehicle stopped in the traffic lane in the 2800 block of Center Frwy. Upon approach to the vehicle, it fled the scene. The vehicle was stopped at the Wilson Road Exit. The 32-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Assault/Family Violence, Evading Arrest or Detention with a Motor Vehicle, Aggravated Assault with a Motor Vehicle and Resisting Arrest, Search or Transportation.
On Monday June 25, at approximately 1:09 pm, Deputy Amanda Price responded to the 1000 block of Central Frwy. in reference to a Theft of Service. Upon arrival, a 39-year-old female was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Theft of Service under $100.00, Possession of a Dangerous Drug and was also barred from the property.
On Tuesday June 26, at approximately 1:51 am, Deputy Caleb Myers and Deputy J.J. Hernandez responded to the 400 block of Rifle Range Road in reference to a 911 call. Upon arrival, a 29-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Interference with Emergency Request for Assistance, Assault Causes Bodily Injury/Family Violence and Unlawful Restraint.
