On Tuesday June 19, at approximately 7:00 pm, Deputy Justin Mitchell responded to the intersection of U.S. 287 and Midway Church Road in reference to an unoccupied vehicle check. Upon arrival, a vehicle was impounded after the registered owner could not be contacted.

On Wednesday June 20, at approximately 1:07 pm, Deputy Amanda Price made a traffic stop in the 2000 block of 10th Street. The 20-year-old male driver and a 30-year-old female passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The driver was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than one gram. The passenger was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 under 28 grams, Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than one gram.

On Thursday June 21, at approximately 6:09 pm, Deputy Brian Koschak made a traffic stop at the intersection of Martin Luther King and Carolina. The 27-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces and six outstanding warrants for Possession of Marijuana under two ounces, two counts of No current vaccination on animals, two counts of no current dog or cat license and failure to obtain a liter permit.

On Thursday June 21, at approximately 12:55 pm, Deputy Daniel Jacobson responded to the 400 block of Cashion Road in reference to a Check Welfare. Upon arrival, a 58-year-old male was found deceased of apparent natural causes.

On Friday June 22, at approximately 2:17 am, Deputy Matthew Schenck made a traffic stop in the 4400 block of Kemp Blvd. The 21-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
