On April 23, 2018 at approximately 10:39 p.m., Deputy JJ Hernandez conducted a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Ridgeway Drive. A probable cause search was conducted on the vehicle. The 35 year old driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. He is being charged with Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence a 3rd Degree Felony.
On April 24, 2018 at approximately 12:12 a.m., Lieutenant Greg Wilson conducted a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Scott Avenue. The 41 year old driver was arrested and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and is charged with Driving While Intoxicated (Enhanced) a Class A Misdemeanor.
On April 24, 2018 at approximately 6:52 p.m., Deputy Ivan Galarza responded to the 14000 block of Hwy 240 in reference to a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, the reporting party stated her 2010 Silver Dodge Ram was missing from her residence. The vehicle was listed as stolen and the investigation is ongoing.
On April 24, 2018 at approximately 11:44 p.m., Deputy JJ Hernandez conducted a traffic stop in the 3100 block of Avenue K. The 28 year old driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and is being charged with Driving While License Invalid with Previous Convictions; as well as an outstanding Wichita County warrant for Possession of Marijuana Under 2 oz.
