On Thursday November 30, at approximately 10:24 am, Deputy J.T. Mitchell and Deputy Andrew Speegle responded to the 400 block of East 1st Street in Burkburnett in reference to a Welfare Check.  Upon arrival, a 38-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the North Texas State Hospital and was admitted under a Peace Officer’s Application for Emergency Detention.

On Friday December 1, at approximately 10:53 am, Deputy Daniel Jacobson responded to the 8800 block of Sandy Road in reference to a Burglary of a Building.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered a storage building and stole a slot machine and a neon sign.

On Friday December 1, at approximately 12:02 am, Deputy Josh McGuinn stopped an individual walking in the 3100 block of River Bottom Road.  The 45-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.  He was also barred from property located on River Bottom Road.

On Friday December 1, at approximately 7:11 pm, Deputy David Stout and Deputy Hunter Deason responded to the intersection of Krohn Road and East Lak Road in reference to a Burglary of Vehicle.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and stole items from two vehicles.

On Friday December 1, at approximately 3:43 pm, Deputy Carl Magee responded to the 1100 block of F.M. 1740 in reference to an unresponsive person.  Upon arrival, the 79-year-old male was pronounced deceased of natural causes.

On Friday December 1, at approximately 8:36 pm, Deputy Brian Koschak made a traffic stop at the intersection of Martin Luther King and Whitfield.  The 60-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with five outstanding warrants for Expired Drivers License, No Drivers License, Defective Stop Lamps, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility and Unrestrained Child.

On Saturday December 2, at approximately 10:21 am, Deputy Daniel Jacobson made a traffic stop in the 2400 block of 8th Street.  The 26-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Driving While License Invalid and a 26-year-old male passenger was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Saturday December 2, at approximately 1:58 am, Corporal Josh Brown made a traffic stop in the 1600 block of 30th.  The 31-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Sunday December 3, at approximately 7:53 pm, Deputy Jeff Lee made a traffic stop in the 1300 block of Iowa Park Road.  The 61-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated with Previous Convictions.

On Sunday December 3, at approximately 9:53 am, Corporal Josh Brown made a traffic stop in the 1300 block of Broad.  The 47-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Wrong, Fictitious, Altered or Obscured Insignia.

On Sunday December 3, at approximately 10:25 pm, Deputy Matthew Schenck made a traffic stop at the intersection of Hatton Road and Windthorst Road.  The 20-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Monday December 4, at approximately 2:19 am, Deputy Matthew Schenck made a traffic stop in the 4000 block of Seabury.  The 37-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense.
