On Tuesday August 8, at approximately 11:33 pm, Lieutenant Mark Whipple made a traffic stop at the intersection of Kell and Kemp.  The 30-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with P:ossession of Drug Paraphernalia and three outstanding warrants for Capias Pro Fine-Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility, Capias Pro Fine-No Drivers License and Capias Pro Fine-Expired Motor Vehicle Registration.

On Tuesday August 8, at approximately 11:38 am, Deputy Kristian Valdez and Deputy Caleb Myers responded to the 8000 block of Headquarters Road in reference to an Animal Complaint.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a dog appeared on the property.  Animal Control was contacted and upon their arrival, the dog was impounded.
