On Friday May 26, at approximately 2:15 am, Lieutenant Patrick McFerrin made a traffic stop in the 1000 block of U.S. 287 North Access Road.  The 23-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On Friday May 26, at approximately 7:24 pm, Deputy Cole McGarry made a traffic stop in the 200 block of Live Oak.  The 52-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On Friday May 26, at approximately 10:29 am, Deputy Brett Brasher responded to the 5000 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a Credit/Debit Card Abuse.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) made an unauthorized purchase on her Debit card in the amount of $154.95.

On Saturday May 27, at approximately 9:00 am, Deputy Brett Brasher responded to the 2100 block of Sliger Road in reference to a Theft.

On Saturday May 27, at approximately 9:37 pm, Sergeant Ralph Burdick made a traffic stop in the 3100 block of Lawrence Road.  The 26-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with three outstanding warrants for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Tampering with Evidence and Theft.

On Saturday May 27, at approximately 1:28 am, Deputy Matthew Schenck made a traffic stop at the intersection of Scott and 7th Street.  The 25-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On Saturday May 27, at approximately 1:55 am, Deputy Josh McGuinn made a traffic stop at the intersection of Giddings and Ave K.

On Saturday May 27, at approximately 11:48 pm, Sergeant Mark Whipple made a traffic stop at the intersection of 7th Street and Van Buren.  The 48-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more Offense.

On Monday May 29, at approximately 3:41 pm, Deputy Jason Vandygriff responded to the 2600 block of River Road in reference to a Criminal Mischief.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) damaged his mailbox with an unknown object.

On Monday May 29, at approximately 12:52 am, Sergeant Mark Whipple made a traffic stop at the intersection of Scott and 10th Street.  The 39-year-old female driver was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While License Invalid with Prior Conviction.

On Monday May 29, at approximately 9:07 pm, Deputy Jason Vandygriff  responded to the 8000 block of Bobby Point Road in reference to a Disturbance.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that there had been a verbal disturbance at the residence earlier in the day.

On Monday May 29, Deputy Brian Koschak and Deputy David Stout responded to the area of I-44 in reference to a rolling disturbance in a vehicle.  The vehicle was stopped at the intersection of 5th Street and Cliff.  A 35-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Assault Causes Bodily Injury/Family Member.
