On Wednesday September 7, at approximately 8:38 pm, Deputy Greg Wilson and Deputy Daniel Jacobson made a traffic stop in the 2600 block of Kemp Blvd.  The 30-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-Enhanced.

On Thursday September 8, at approximately 4:00 pm, Deputy Scott Chapel observed a vehicle matching the description of one that had been reported stolen in the 900 block of Central Frwy.  Upon checking the vehicle, a 41-year-old male was found inside.  He was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  He was charged with an outstanding warrant for Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle.  The stolen vehicle was recovered.

On Thursday September 8, at approximately 10:26 pm, Corporal Ralph Burdick made a traffic stop in the 100 block of Martin Luther King Blvd.  The 32-year-old female driver was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over four grams under two hundred grams.

On Friday September 9, at approximately 12:05 am, Deputy Cole McGarry made a traffic stop in the 2500 block of Kemp.  The 24-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with four outstanding warrants for two counts of Occupant over fifteen unsecured by seat belt and two counts of Speeding.  The male was also charged with Abandoning or Endangering a Child when it was revealed that he left a six month old child at his residence unattended.
