On Wednesday March 16, at approximately 9:54 pm, Lieutenant Patrick McFerrin, Sergeant Lee Crossman and Deputy Roy Biter responded to F.M. 171 in reference to a Check Welfare. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that there had been a disturbance at the location prior to Deputies arrival.
On Wednesday March 16, at approximately 9:17 pm, Deputy Cole McGarry made a traffic stop at the intersection of S.H. 240 and Robinson. The 30-year-oldl male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.
On Wednesday March 16, at approximately 11:43 pm, Deputy J.T. Mitchell stopped a subject in the 300 block of Sunset Drive. The 40-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Public Intoxication.
On Thursday March 17, at approximately 3:20 am, Lieutenant William Rutledge made a traffic stop in the 900 block of 5th Street. The 48-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense.
