On Friday February 12, at approximately 9:41 pm, Corporal Ralph Burdick made a traffic stop in the 600 block of Van Buren. The 53-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
On Friday February 12, at approximately 9:05 pm, Deputy Kristian Valdez stopped an individual in the 3100 block of Midwestern Parkway. The 27-year old male was issued a citation for Theft under $100.00 and was barred from the property.
On Saturday February 13, at approximately 1:17 am, Deputy Brandon Mason made a traffic stop in the 4600 block of Langford. The 20-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon.
On Saturday February 13, at approximately 9:17 pm, Sergeant Lee Crossman made a traffic stop at the intersection of 6th Street and Brook. The 63-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with an outstanding warrant for Driving While Intoxicated. The driver was also issued a citation for Driving While License Invalid.
On Saturday February 13, at approximately 5:25 pm, Deputy Kristian Valdez stopped a juvenile female in the 3100 block of Midwestern Parkway. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Juvenile Detention Center. She was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 under 28 grams and Possession of a Dangerous Drug. She was issued a citation for Theft under $100.00 and barred from the property.
On Saturday February 13, at approximately 12:44 pm, Deputy Kristian Valdez made a traffic stop at the intersection of Airport Driver and Central Frwy. The 33-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and charged with three outstanding warrants for Expired Motor Vehicle Registration, Expired Inspection and Driving While License Invalid.
On Saturday February 13, at approximately 1:45 am, Deputy Brian Koschak responded to the 4900 block of North Peterson Road in reference to a Burglary of a Building. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered a building on the property and stole a tackle box containing several expensive fishing lures.
On Sunday February 14, at approximately 11:41 am, Corporal Josh Brown made a traffic stop in the 900 block of Jacksboro Hwy. The 23-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.
On Sunday February 14, at approximately 3:30 am, Corporal Jeff Penney made a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Scott. The 29-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.
On Sunday February 14, at approximately 2:58 am, Sergeant Mark Whipple found a dog in the roadway at the intersection of S.H. 79 and U.S. 287. Animal Control was contacted and upon their arrival, the dog was impounded.
