On Thursday January 21, at approximately 12:57 am, Deputy J.T. Mitchell observed a stalled vehicle at the intersection of 9th and Kemp.  Several stolen items were found in the back of the vehicle.  The items were taken from a recent burglary of a building.

On Friday January 22, at approximately 8:17 pm, Deputy Chris Barnett made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 82 and F.M. 369.  The 21-year-old female driver was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Friday January 22, at approximately 2:01 pm, Deputy Gabriel Villarreal made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and Bell Road.  The 42-year-old male driver and a 45-year-old female passenger were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  The driver was charged with Money Laundering over $2,500.00 under $30,000.00 and Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.  The passenger was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.  $11,390.00 in currency was seized.

On Saturday January 23, at approximately 8:37 pm, Deputy Josh McGuinn responded to the intersection of U.S. 287 and Rifle Range Road to assist the Texas Department of Public Safety with a traffic stop.

On Sunday January 24, at approximately 2:46 am, Deputy Jeff Lee made a traffic stop at the intersection of Lawrence and Gregory.  The 20-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Sunday January 24, at approximately 10:00 am, Corporal Josh Brown took a Harassment Report at 900 7th Street.  The Reporting Person reported that a subject has been sending him harassing text messages and making harassing telephone calls.

On Sunday January 24, at approximately 8:28 pm, Deputy Chris Barnett made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 82 and S.H. 258.  The 27-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana over fifty pounds under two thousand pounds.  116.2 pounds of marijuana was seized.
