On Sunday February 1, at approximately 4:30 pm, Deputy Roy Biter and Deputy Jeff Penney responded to the 12000 block of Kamay Road in reference to a Disturbance.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a verbal disturbance had occurred prior to the Deputies arrival.

On Monday February 2, at approximately 12:06 am, Deputy David Stout made traffic stop in 2400 block of Seymour Hwy.  The 62-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On Monday February 2, at approximately 6:30 am, Deputy David Stout and Deputy Lance Brumley responded to the 300 block of Southgate Garden in Iowa Park in reference to a medical call.  Deputies assisted American Medical Response with loading a patient.

On Tuesday February 3, at approximately 11:25 am, Wichita County Deputies responded to U.S. 287 south of F.M. 2384 in reference to a check welfare.  While in route to the call, Deputies were advised of a possible disturbance at that location.  Upon arrival, Deputies and a DPS Trooper encountered a 35-year-old male behaving erratically.  As the Deputies and the Trooper attempted to get the male under control, he struggled and ran into the traffic lanes.  The Deputies and the Trooper deployed a Taser and the man continued to evade them.  After they were able to handcuff the man, he ceased breathing.  Deputies began trying to resuscitate the male.  The unidentified man was rushed to the Electra Memorial Hospital and was then transferred to United Regional Health Care where his condition is unknown.
