On Wednesday January 4, at approximately 1:25 am, Deputy Amanda Price made a traffic stop at the intersection of Polk and 10th Streets. The 33-year-old female driver, Sara Marie Green and a 38-year-old male passenger, Donald Ray Flickinger, were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over four grams under two hundred grams. The driver was also charged with an outstanding warrant for Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram. 16.8 grams of Methamphetamine and $399.05 in currency was seized.
