On Monday September 7, at approximately 9:47 am, Deputy Matthew Schenck and Deputy Matthew Ferguson responded to the 1800 block of 10th Street to serve an arrest warrant.  Upon arrival, the 47-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram and an outstanding warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams.

On Tuesday September 8, at approximately 8:42 pm, Lieutenant Greg Wilson attempted to stop a vehicle on U.S. 287 and Bell Road.  The vehicle was finally stop in the 2100 block of Huntington Lane.  The 27-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Evading Arrest or Detention with a vehicle and Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Tuesday September 8, at approximately 2:00 pm, Deputy Matthew Schenk and Deputy Matthew Ferguson responded to the 8600 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a Terroristic Threat.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject threatened to harm her and her son and damage her vehicle.
