On Tuesday September 5, at approximately 11:14 pm, Deputy Matthew Ferguson made a traffic stop at the intersection of North Beverly and Wyneth. The 38-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 under one gram.

On Tuesday September 5, at approximately 7:58 pm, Deputy Jessica Serna responded to the Kell West Hospital in reference to an Assault that occurred in the 3900 block of Bacon Switch Road. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that he had been assaulted by a subject.

On Tuesday September 5, at approximately 12:19 am, Sergeant Kristian Valdez made a traffic stop at the intersection of 14th and Holliday. A 39-year-old male passenger was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over four grams under two hundred grams, Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and an outstanding Parole Warrant.

On Wednesday September 6, at approximately 10:57 am, Corporal Jason Vandygriff responded to a check welfare at the intersection of S.H. 25 and Mt. Carmel Road. Upon arrival, a 45-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams.

On Wednesday September 6, at approximately 9:15 am, Sergeant Cole McGarry responded to the 100 block of West College in reference to a Theft that occurred in the 200 block of Bailey. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject had a lock box containing silver coins and other items and refused to return it to her.

On Wednesday September 6, at approximately 8:58 am, Corporal Jason Vandygriff and Deputy Donald Osborn responded to the 3100 block of Horseshoe Bend Estates in reference to property that was found near the residence. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that he found a wheelbarrow and a table saw on his property. He also reported that an unknown person(s) stole two Stihl weed eaters and a Stihl edger from his property.

On Wednesday September 6, at approximately 8:58 am, Corporal Jason Vandygriff and Deputy Donald Osborn responded to another residence in the 3100 block of Horseshoe Bend Estates in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and stole a Yeti Cooler, a Stihl weed eater and a Stihl blower.

On Wednesday September 6, at approximately 5:46 am, Deputy Donald Osborn responded to the 1500 block of Pecanway in reference to an abandoned vehicle left in the roadway. Upon arrival, the vehicle was impounded after the owner could not be located.
