On Monday August 31, at approximately 2:46 pm, Deputy Victoria Hatcher responded to the 4900 block of 240 West in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) forced open the front door of the residence and stole an antique wooden chest of drawers valued at $300.00 and a framed photo valued at $30.00.

On Tuesday September 1, at approximately 3:20 am, Deputy Christopher Ramos and Deputy Christopher Salas checked on an occupied vehicle in the 1400 block of Scott.  The 26-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Public Intoxication.

On Tuesday September 1, at approximately 2:30 am, Deputy Greg Wilson made a traffic stop in the 3600 block of Jacksboro Hwy.  The 30-year-old female driver was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 less than 28 grams.

On Tuesday September 1, at approximately 3:10 pm, Deputy Justin Mitchell made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S.  287 and Maurine.  The 52-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana over four ounces under five pounds.

On Tuesday September 1, at approximately 2:24 pm, Deputy Lance Brumley and Deputy John Warner responded to the 1100 block of East Scott to server an arrest warrant.  Upon arrival, a 47-year-old female was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Failure to Identify/Fugitive from Justice and an outstanding warrant for Theft of Service under $20.00.

On Tuesday September 1, at approximately 2:50 pm, Deputy Victoria Hatcher responded to the 200 block of East Poe in Iowa Park in reference to Illegal Dumping.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) has been dumping trash at the intersection of Hall Road and Goetze Road.

On Tuesday September 1, at approximately 3:50 pm, Deputy Gerald Morgan responded to the 500 block of East Inwood in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject broke into his residence located in the 1900 block of F.M. 171 and stole a pair of Gucci Sunglasses valued at $75.00, a Blue Jay Acoustic Guitar valued at $400.00, a Saddle valued at $700.00, a Decorative Cow Hide valued at $200.00, two dogs valued at $200.00 and a Poulan Chain Saw valued at $130.00.

On Tuesday September 1, at approximately 1:31 pm, Deputy Lance Brumley and Deputy John Warner responded to Kell West Hospital in reference to a gunshot wound.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that he was accidentally shot while bird hunting in the 11000 block of F.M. 368 North.
