On Monday September 12, at approximately 8:21 pm, Deputy Matthew Ferguson made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and Loop 11. The 24-year-old male driver was issued a citation for driving in a passing lane.

On Monday September 12, at approximately 1:10 pm, Deputy Donald Osborn responded to the 7900 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and stole a catalytic converter off of a 2022 Ford E 450 and cut an exhaust pipe on a 2014 Dodge Ram pickup.

On Tuesday September 13, at approximately 2:14 pm, Corporal Jeff Lee, Deputy Edmundo Garcia, Deputy Donald Osborn and Deputy Matthew Schenk responded to the 2600 block of Wooddale to serve an arrest warrant. Upon arrival, the 36-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under for grams and an outstanding warrant for Manufacturing/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over four grams under two hundred grams.
