On Monday October 1, at approximately 4:22 pm, Deputy Hunter Deason responded to the 1600 block of 11th Street to serve an arrest warrant. Upon arrival, a 39-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant for Bond Revocation-Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram. The subject was also barred from the property.

On Tuesday October 2, at approximately 10:33 am, Deputy Amanda Price responded to the 1500 block of F.M. 367 East in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the residence and stole several jackets and a vacuum cleaner.

On Tuesday October 2, at approximately 12:08 pm, Sergeant Sergio Teruel responded to the intersection of Business 287 J and Goodman Road in reference to Found Property. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that he found a safe lying in the bar ditch. The safe was transported to the Wichita County Sheriff’s Office and placed into evidence.
