On Monday October 21, at approximately 11:41 am, Deputy Amanda Ward responded to the 7500 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a Forgery.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject attempted to cash a forged check in the amount of $400.00.  The 34-year-old female was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Forgery.

On Tuesday October 22, at approximately 10:42 pm, Deputy Aaron Perkins made a traffic stop at the intersection of North Scott and Lincoln.  The 52-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On Tuesday October 22, at approximately 10:00 am, Deputy Matthew Schenck responded to the 14000 block of S.H 240 in reference to a Theft.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and stole a Kubota Lawn Mower with Front End Loader and Tiller and a sixteen foot trailer.
