On Monday November 13, at approximately 11:37 pm, Deputy Breanton Chitwood and Deputy Robert La Mel responded to the 8600 block of Seymour Hwy in reference to a vehicle that was travelling in the wrong lane. Upon arrival, the vehicle was located and the 37-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more.

On Monday November 13, at approximately 8:40 pm, Deputy Breanton Chitwood responded to the 1400 block of F.M. 368 in reference to a Welfare Check. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she had been assaulted by a subject while travelling in a vehicle on Kemp Blvd. earlier on this date.

On Monday November 13, at approximately 5:20 pm, Deputy Alec Domany took a Criminal Mischief report. The Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) punctured all four tires on her vehicle while it was parked in the 1200 block of Indiana.

On Monday November 13, at approximately 7:48 am, Deputy Edmundo Garcia responded to the 9100 block of S.H. 258 in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival, a 37-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Aggravated Assault with Bodily Injury and Interference with Emergency request for assistance.

On Monday November 13, at approximately 2:57 am, Deputy Robert La Mel attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of Maurine and Ridgeway. The vehicle was finally stopped at the intersection of North Beverly and Borton. The 21-year-old female driver and a 19-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The driver was charged with Evading Arrest or Detention with a Motor Vehicle causing serious bodily injury, Resisting Arrest/Search or Transportation and Driving While Intoxicated. The passenger was charged with Resisting Arrest/Search or Transportation.

On Monday November 13, at approximately 2:01 am, Deputy Alec Domany made a traffic stop at the intersection of Maurine and Amber. The 35-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams.

On Tuesday November 14, at approximately 11:00 pm, Deputy Alec Domany made a traffic stop at the intersection of Galveston and Holliday. The 28-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated. He was also written a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
