On October 29, 2018 at approximately 12:39 a.m., Deputy JJ Hernandez was dispatched to the 400 block of Dove Lane in reference to a possible burglary of a habitation in progress. Upon arrival, the reporting party stated a known subject entered the residence without permission and then fled the scene once confronted. The investigation is ongoing.
On October 29, 2018 at approximately 9:19 p.m., Corporal Jeff Lee conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of East Hatton Road. The 31 year old drive was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and released from the scene.
On October 30, 2018 at approximately 7:19 p.m., Deputy Jason Vandygriff conducted a traffic stop in the area of Sheppard Access Road and Scott Avenue. The 61 year old driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. He is being charged with Driving While Intoxicated with 3 or More Convictions a 3rd Degree Felony.
On October 3, 2018 at approximately 5:38 a.m., Sergeant Cole McGarry conducted a traffic stop in the area Highway 25 South and FM 2326. The 26 year old driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. She is being charged with an outstanding Wichita County Warrant for Capias Pro Fine/Speeding.
