On Monday May 4, at approximately 3:15 pm, Deputy Jeff Penney responded to the 900 block of 7th Street in reference to a Fraudulent Use of identifying Information.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) opened a credit card account using his identifying information and attempted to open three other accounts with his information.

On Tuesday May 5, at approximately 8:55 am, Deputy Victoria Hatcher responded to the 5500 block of Northwest Frwy. in reference to a Theft.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and stole a 16’ tandem axel trailer valued at $2,000.00.

On Tuesday May 5, at approximately 4:50 pm, Deputy Roy Biter responded to the 3200 block of Horseshoe Bend Estates in reference to an Animal Complaint.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that he was bitten by a dog.  Animal Control was contacted and upon their arrival, the dog was impounded.

On Wednesday May 6, at approximately 1:39 am, Deputy Todd Kinsey made a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Seymour Hwy.  The 52-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense.
