On Friday May 13, at approximately 3:11 pm, a Wichita County Highway Interdiction Deputy made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and Midway Church Road.  A K-9 alerted on the vehicle at which time 30 lbs. of pure hash oil, wax and paste valued at $650,000.00 was seized.  The 26-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over 400 grams.

On Friday May 13, at approximately 9:55 pm, Deputy David Stout made a traffic stop in the 2500 block of Seymour Hwy.  The 39-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of marijuana under two ounces and an outstanding warrant for No Driver License in Possession.

On Sunday May 15, at approximately 11:23 am, Deputy Kristian Valdez responded to the 2000 block of Johnson Road in reference to a Criminal Mischief.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person struck his fence causing $300.00 in damage.  The person involved in the incident later contacted deputies and agreed to pay for the fence.

On Sunday May 15, at approximately 10:27 pm, Deputy Roy Biter made a traffic stop at the intersection of Monroe and Ave G.  The 20-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Sunday May 15, at approximately 12:45 am, Corporal Jeff Penney made a traffic stop at the intersection of Southwest Parkway and Hughes.  A 25-year-old passenger was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with an outstanding warrant for Violation of Probation-Theft over $1,500.00 under $20,000.00.

On Sunday May 15, at approximately 7:01 am, Deputy Greg Wilson and Deputy Amanda Price made a traffic stop in the 700 block of 5th Street.  The 30-year-old male driver was issued citations for Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility and Expired Registration.
