On Friday June 19, at approximately 5:54 pm, Sergeant Cole McGarry responded to the 8900 block of Seymour Highway in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the residence and stole a ring.
On Saturday June 20, at approximately 5:47 am, Deputy Christopher Bashford made a traffic stop in the 5100 block of Seymour Hwy. The 67-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more and Unlawful Carrying of Weapon.
On Saturday June 20, at approximately 12:44 am, Deputy Christopher Bashford responded to the 1300 block of S.H. 79 in reference to a Threat. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject made threats to harm her and her children.
On Sunday June 21, at approximately 10:26 pm, Deputies responded to the 900 block of F.M. 369 South in reference to an Aggravated Assault. The suspect was located at approximately 1:47 am in the 2400 block of Iowa Park Road. The 24-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Mischief over $750.00 under $2,500.00.
On Sunday June 21, at approximately 5:52 am, Deputy Aaron Perkins responded to the 1300 block of S.H. 79 in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival, a 33-year-old male was barred from the property.
